CANCELLATION POLICY: While we know sometimes cancellation of accommodation is unavoidable – in the event cancellation is required the following applies to your booking. Greater than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a $55 cancellation fee per room applies. Within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment will apply. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruption to travel plans.
FERRY CANCELLATION POLICY: If your ferry booking to Rottnest Island is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, Samphire Rottnest will gladly change the date of your package booking to within 2 months of the initial booking. This booking will become non-refundable at this point in time. If your ferry booking from Rottnest Island is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and you are not able to leave Rottnest Island, Samphire Rottnest will gladly extend your booking at a 50% discount on the Best Available Rate, with limited housekeeping services. Please contact our friendly reception team to extend your booking.
COVID-19 UPDATE: In the event, there is a COVID-19 related travel ban at your point of departure or at the resort destination that restricts you from traveling to the resort destination, the resort will provide an accommodation only credit voucher valid for 2 months for a pre-paid reservation, rate changes and minimum length of stay may apply. Documents confirming home address will be required.
CLOSE CONTACT AND COVID-19 POSITIVE: In the event, you have been identified as ‘close contact’ or tested positive for COVID-19, the resort will provide an accommodation only credit voucher valid for 1 month for a pre-paid reservation, rate changes and minimum length of stay may apply. Documents confirming ‘Close Contact’ or ‘COVID-19 Positive’ will be required.
