Armed with an ancient Irish recipe, a little ice cream machine and scoops of enthusiasm back in '93, a father 'n son team set up their little ice creamery on Commonage Road in Dunsborough, Western Australia. Now Simmos have over 60 flavours of ice cream, a swag of awards and were recently voted as one of the top 15 ice creameries in the WORLD by USA today.
